"Before receiving this scholarship, I panicked about my future in college. As a student from a single-parent household, I feared that I might give up and drop out of college with the pressure of working two jobs and struggling to make time for education. However, this scholarship is a beacon of hope for my fight for education."
- Blossom Adanike
"I am currently majoring in School Psychology and maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Upon graduation, I plan to create a collaborative school-wide interventions that bridge the gap between public and private school education. I hope to give support to other Black scholars as I was supported when I needed it most.”
- David Ifediba
