Emyr Williams
Emyr Williams is the Physical Education Teacher Education (PETE) single subject coordinator, ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñState University, Long Beach. He received his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in 1995. His primary resonsibilities as the PETE coordinator are the coordination of pre-service and student teaching instruction and placement. Over the past 10 years he has taught over 20 courses PETE courses for the Kinesiology Department. His publications have appeared in journals such as the Journal of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (JOHPERD), Strategies, and the Physical Educator. He has taught Physical Education and Mathematics Education for grades 6-12 in Wales, England, Switzerland and California. Dr. Williams is the international exchange coordinator for the Kinesiology Department.
