Questions Regarding ID Cards
You may visit us in-person to take your photo, fill out the form, and obtain your ID card. You can also take your own photo and submit it online, which would make picking up your ID in-person much faster. Please refer to the ID Card Services page for instructions about how to obtain your card.

Questions Regarding Bookstore Services

You can return your textbook rentals in-person at the University Bookstore or by mail. Please visit the Rental Returns page for details.
You can sell your books year-round in the Bookstore. The process is quick and easy. Can’t make it to campus? You can sell your books online, regardless of where you bought them. Learn more at our .
A confirmation email is sent after you place your order. A second confirmation email is sent after your order is ready for pickup or it is ready to be shipped to you. Please check your email spam/junk folder if you have not received an email confirmation.
An item/order may be cancelled if we receive a notice with adequate time, before we process your order. To cancel an item/order, please email FNS-Orders@csulb.edu with the order number and description of the item you would like to cancel. You can also cancel your item/order in person at the Book Information Counter.
