About the Pacific Islander Association
The ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Pacific Islander Association has been an active organization at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ for many years. The goal of the club is to create an environment that allows for encouragement and fellowship within higher education for students of Pacific Islander decent and those who have interest in the Pacific Islander culture. Some of the events they organize include a High School Outreach, Luau, and Pasifika Voice. Through these various events they are able raise awareness and stir interest about the Polynesian culture, people, and traditions.
