How to Properly Address Mail to University Staff and Faculty

Receiving and Mail Services is responsible for the efficient and accurate sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the campus community. In consensus with the University’s department listing changes, it is no longer necessary to include the mail stop on mail, packages or business cards. Incoming mail and packages are delivered in the following manner:

All incoming mail addresses must include the name of an individual, the department name, and the university address (1250 Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90840).

Mike Jones
ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñState University, Long Beach
History Department
1250 Bellflower Blvd
Long Beach, CA 90840
