Zoe Engstrom
Zoe Bryan Engstrom, Ed.D., is a Consumer Affairs lecturer in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences at ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñState University, Long Beach.
Engstrom’s experience encompasses more than 22 years at the university researching, teaching, and studying financial influences on consumers, consumer rights and responsibilities, consumer debt, resolving fraudulent transaction disputes, consumer motivation, consumer behavior, and financial wellness. Dr. Engstrom specializes in educating university students in personal finance and facilitates financial goal setting for building a lifelong healthy relationship with money. She is the author of Introduction to Family and Consumer Sciences (Kendall Hunt, 2018), a textbook designed to launch students into the realm of the consumer marketplace and to utilize personal values and goals to manage consumer and financial behavior.
Engstrom holds a doctorate from the University of Southern ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñin Education, a master's degree in Family & Consumer Sciences, and a bachelor's degree from ÃÛÌÒÓ°ÏñState University, Long Beach.
