Two Minors offered:

  • Minor in Human Resources Management (code MGMTUM01)
  • Minor in Human Resources Management for Health Care Administration Majors

This minor is designed to provide students with international business skills and cultural knowledge, which can be an advantage for job-seeking and career-building and a source of personal enrichment.  This minor requires 15 units.

  • For Non-Business students only, COB students are not eligible. (NOTE: IS 301, which is required for all 400-level courses in COB, is waived for minors.)

The function of marketing is to determine those needs, provide the most effective means of informing actual and potential customers of the availability of services and goods, and deliver such services and goods.

How To Apply to the Minor Program at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ College of Business

  • A minor consists of a minimum of 15 units
  • At least nine units must be upper-division
  • 3.0 or higher overall GPA
  • 3.0 or higher major GPA
  • Non-COB declared Majors only
  • Must be enrolled in a ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Major
  • Must complete Minor before Major Graduation

Minor Agreement College of Health and Human Services

While obtaining a Bachelor of Science in HCA, These HCA undergraduate students may also pursue a business administration minor in several options including Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from the College of Business.
