Virtually every management and related international business position is affected by foreign or international forces. Some of these forces are financial, economic, sociocultural, political, legal, labor, and competitive and distributive. To prepare to be a successful manager in the global world, the International Business option requires coursework in accounting, finance, management, and marketing. The option also requires a foreign language focused within a chosen country or area with studies in culture, politics, history, and geography.
